my friend is buying the game and he can get both Special and Collectors Edition on amazon.co.uk for ???64.95 which is around 4000kr in Iceland and with tax and shippment fee it is around 7000kr , but can he somehow use both Special and Collectors Edition only stuff on the same account.

Yup, they stack. ^^

He will end up with two accounts however. One will have Divine Aura (glowing hands of Collector's edition), the other will be a normal, plain version of the game. The skills unlock that comes with Special edition, comes in the box, but seperately, so he can 'apply' it to either one of his two new accounts.
